Even if we don’t get into the shitty writing, lets talk about the complete inaccuracy of this statement. No, you dumbass, a concealed weapons permit means that you are permitted to carry a CONCEALED WEAPON. You do not need a permit or license or even a damn safety course to buy a gun, you only have to be 21 (in Washington state) and fill out the correct paperwork.
